There is now a dumpster available for the community located behind the Public Works building. Use of this dumpster will be free to City Residents ONLY for one week each quarter. For the 2026 year these dates will be January 5-10, April 6-11, July 6-11, and October 5-10. For the rest of the year, use of the dumpster will cost $20 per pick-up truckload. Hours for use of the dumpster are 6:00am-2:30pm.
CITY GARBAGE SERVICE
The City of Henagar currently services the Henagar City limits. We will begin servicing the Cartersville, Ider, Valley Head, Hammondville, Mentone, and greater Henagar area on July 1, 2025. Please refer any sanitation questions to City Hall at 256-657-6282.

DUMPSTER RENTAL
